Steps for Deep-fried pig skin and stew it in a pot

Ingredients: pig skin, white radish, fungus, fried tofu.

Soak the fungus; soak the fried pig skin in hot water for 10 minutes.

Cut the white radish into large pieces; chop the garlic sprouts.

Cut fried tofu into triangular pieces.

Saute half of the garlic sprouts in a frying pan until fragrant.

Add radish and stir-fry.

Add fungus.

Add the soft fried pork skin, add pepper paste and soy sauce to season, add appropriate amount of water to boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the radish can be pierced with chopsticks, add fried tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
