Steps for Soup pea seedlings

Ingredients: Pea seedlings Accessories: pork tenderloin, preserved egg seasoning: garlic and ginger, stock, appropriate amount of salt, water starch.

Wash the pea seedlings, remove the shells and dice the preserved eggs, and chop the pork tenderloin into dice.

Add a little salt, pepper, water starch and stir well in the lirloin.

Put a little oil in the pan on the heat, and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add in diced preserved eggs and stir fry well.

Pour in appropriate amount of stock and turn to medium heat to boil.
