Steps for Spinach mixed with fungus

Blanch the spinach with boiling water to squeeze out the water, cut into small pieces and place on a plate.

Boil the vermicelli in a boiling water pot until soft and place with the chopped spinach. Pick the soaked fungus into small flowers and place it on the plate together with peanuts, beans and pickles.

Mash the garlic cloves with a garlic mortar, add some refined salt and mash a few times, add soy sauce, vinegar, and sprinkle sesame oil, stir well and pour into a plate.
