Steps for Yam bone soup

Cut the bobbin bones, slice the mushrooms, and chop the onions, ginger and coriander into minced ground.

Rinse the bobbin bones clean, put them in cold water and bring to a boil.

Pour away the water and rinse the bones again.

Fill the pan with water and add mushrooms, green onions and ginger in.

Pour in a little yellow rice wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Then simmer on low heat for 3 hours.

Peel the yam and cut it into a hob, grab it with salt water for a few times, rinse it with water, and pour it into the pan. After boiling over high heat, change to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
