Steps for Preserved egg tofu

1. Peel the preserved eggs and place them in a bowl (When selecting preserved eggs, choose heavy ones. If they are too light, they may be empty.)

2. Use a spoon to cut the preserved eggs into small pieces (easier than using a knife or thread ~)

3. Box of tofu. Dig with a spoon, one at a time (my husband's chubby hands)

4. Sprinkle salt, monosodium glutamate, shredded ginger, and a drop or two of sesame oil. Stir with a spoon. As shown in the picture. It tastes great. Thanks to my husband for taking part in the show ~~~
