Preserved egg tofu
This is my husband's favorite dish, so he often makes it for him.

Steps for Preserved egg tofu

Wash lactone tofu (with packaging), wash preserved eggs, chives, and coriander for later use.

Buckle the lactone tofu over, and use scissors to cut a hole in each of the four corners on the back of the lactone tofu (so that the tofu can be better separated from the box).

Open the lactone tofu and place it on a clean plate, while using a knife to scratch it a few times.

Cut the peeled preserved eggs into small pieces and add them to the plate containing the lactone tofu.

Add the chopped coriander and chives to the plate, add MSG and sesame oil, and mix appropriately while eating.
