The authentic Korean stir-fried New Year is cooked with water without oil. I still used the method of frying oil and stir-frying the vegetables.

Steps for Korean fried rice cake

Prepare the chili noodles.

Add water, soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, white vinegar and chopped green onion to the chili noodles. Stir into a bowl of juice.
