Boiled beef with pickled cabbage
By LloydJacobs
The first dish I thought up for the festival was very amazing on the table. Later, I checked it online and found that there were really such dishes. After being enriched by theory, the finished product was even more attractive!

Steps for Boiled beef with pickled cabbage

1
Add a little salt, egg white, chicken powder, cooking wine and starch to the beef, stir well, marinate for 10 minutes.
2
Soak fern root powder to soften and set aside.
3
Open the pickled cabbage seasoning bag for later use. If you don't have a special pickled cabbage seasoning bag, you can buy a pickled cabbage fish seasoning bag and use the pickled cabbage inside.
4
This is the amount of a small packet of "millet spicy" wild pepper. I took most of the contents and all the soup.
5
Chop the remaining wild peppers and place them with the dried peppers. Other seasonings: onions, ginger, garlic and pepper are ready.
6
On low heat, add a small amount of oil, add pepper grains and fry until fragrant. Be careful to use low heat, otherwise the pepper will easily fry.
7
Fry the pepper until it is fragrant, then add the dried peppers and fry it for a while. Add the onions, ginger, and garlic over medium heat and stir fry until fragrant, then add the pickled cabbage and stir fry thoroughly.
8
Add the wild pepper (along with the soup), add water, add some salt and chicken essence to taste. If I use a pickled cabbage seasoning bag like I do, there is no need to season it. Cook for 5 minutes to boil out the flavor of the pickled cabbage.
9
Boil the fern root powder until soft while cooking the soup base, and spread it on the bottom of the bowl.
10
Boil the soup base, add the beef slices to cook; stir-fry some of the dried peppers and wild peppers until fragrant, spread them on the finished product, sprinkle with some chopped green onions, or you can pour some hot oil on top, which will be more fragrant!
