Clean up the garlic sprouts and cut them into inches for later use.

After thawing the pork belly, slice or shred it for later use.

Blanch the cut pork belly with water to remove the fishy smell of the meat.

There is no lean meat at home and I use pork belly instead. I feel a little fatter. It's better to use lean meat next time.
