Steps for Braised tofu meatballs

Prepare tofu, mushrooms, carrots, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, salt, onions and ginger

Dice carrots and mushrooms for later use.

Use a fresh-keeping bag to crush the tofu by hand, add carrots, diced mushrooms, salt, and starch, stir in one direction, and squeeze into meatballs.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up (be sure to use hot oil, otherwise the tofu meatballs will easily disperse), add the tofu meatballs and fry them until golden brown.

Put a little oil in the pan, stir-fry with green onions and ginger, add the wrapped meatballs, add soy sauce, sugar, and pepper and bake until the flavor is delicious.
