Steps for stuffed tofu

1
Wash the pork, slice it, and chop it into a paste.
2
Three cloves of garlic, break, and cut the green onions into chopped green onions.
3
Add the minced garlic and chopped green onion to the pork paste, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and peanut oil to the pork, and stir.
4
Cut the tofu in two diagonally.
5
Take a piece of tofu, cut it into a small mouth as shown in the picture.
6
Fill the cut with pork fillings.
7
You can also cut from half, there, make a small incision, and fill in the meat filling.
8
Remove the oil and heat the oil. When the oil temperature is 80% hot, put the tofu filled with meat filling into the oil and fry it.
9
Fry the tofu until golden brown.
10
Place tofu on a plate and set aside.
11
Soak mushrooms and shred. Shred green pepper. Since I still had a little meat filling left, I put it in the green pepper.
12
Raise the oil pan, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, add mushrooms, green peppers, and saute until fragrant.
13
Add a bowl of water to the pan (add the stock if there is any stock, it will taste more delicious), add salt, and oyster sauce. After the water boils, put the fried tofu into the pan (one person can't eat much, so only put three pieces) and simmer.
14
When the soup is almost dry, add the green onions and the delicious fermented tofu is completed.
15
I didn't cook, so I picked up some goose sausage noodles.
16
Put the cooked tofu on the noodles, and mix the soup into the noodles. It is delicious.
17
Take a bite and leave your mouth fragrant. It's really delicious.
