Steps for Sailoach

1
Prepare the raw materials of yuba and minced meat, and cut the yuba into three inches long. (The minced meat was frozen, so it became small pieces).
2
Cut the scallion white into sections and the blue part into three-inch sections. Pat the garlic flat, and shred the ginger and pepper.
3
Cut the pepper into hob pieces.
4
Add appropriate amount of salt to the tofu bamboo and add flour.
5
Wrap the tofu bamboo evenly with flour.
6
Put the oil in the hot pan, add the tofu bamboo and fry.
7
Just fry the tofu bamboo until it is hard (you can turn over in the middle and fry it).
8
Load the plate for later use.
9
Put the oil into the pan, add the minced meat and star anise and fry over low heat until fragrant.
10
Then add (no scallion sections) and fry until fragrant in Figure 2.
11
Add the fried yuba and add a bowl of water.
12
Add a small amount of salt (the tofu bamboo has been drained of salt, so you need to add less here) and soy sauce. Add sugar and vinegar (ratio 2:1), cover and bring to a boil over high heat, and change to medium heat.
13
Place the green onions on the plate.
14
There is still a small amount of water in the pan, add Hangzhou pepper and cook it, add MSG and pepper powder, mix well and serve out of the pan.
15
The fragrant tofu bamboo is out of the pot.
