Steps for Ribs, white gourd and mushroom casserole

Wash and slice the wax gourd and mushrooms first, and set aside for later use.

Wash the ribs, cut them into pieces, pour them into the pan, add a little oil and stir-fry, then add drops of white wine and three slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell.

Pour boiling water into the pan and cover it over the ribs. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Finally, pour in the chopped wax gourd and mushrooms, cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat, and season with a little salt before taking out of the pan.
