I came home a little late from work yesterday. So I cooked a random porridge for my baby to eat. Although it is simple, it is also nutritious!

Steps for Congee with shredded spinach and pork slices

Ingredients: rice, spinach leaves, meat slices, scallops.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and starch to marinate for a while.

Pour boiling water into a small pot, add rice and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the soaked scallops and then mix.

Cook pork slices for 30 minutes.

Add shredded spinach.

Cook for 2 minutes and serve.
