    Wash the pomfret, control the water, and make two cuts.

    Place the pan on fire, add the oil and cook until it is 50 to 60% hot, add the pomfret and fry it slightly, remove it and control the oil for later use.

    Leave the oil in the pan, add in Pi County bean paste, stir-fry out red oil, add ginger, garlic, onion powder.
