Nutritional oatmeal
This porridge is something I often make. It is simple and nutritious and is especially suitable for girls to recuperate their bodies during menstruation. Hehe ~ Girls must love themselves, Xixi ~~~

Recipe Recommendations

  • oat appropriate amount
  • Lily appropriate amount
  • red dates appropriate amount
  • lotus seed appropriate amount
  • raisins appropriate amount
  • honey appropriate amount
  • brown sugar appropriate amount

Steps for Nutritional oatmeal

    Wash appropriate amount of red dates, lilies, and lotus seeds and place them in a small pot.

    Add half a pot of water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for about 15 minutes.

    Add oats and continue to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.

    When the water has almost evaporated, you can turn off the fire. Put it into a bowl, sprinkle with some raisins, add honey or brown sugar, stir well, and start eating ~~ Be careful to burn it, haha.
