Steps for Chrysanthemum daisy tofu

1
Remove the heads and shells of the sea shrimps, remove the intestines, grab and wash them with salt, and dice them for later use. Crush the tofu with a small spoon and is not easy to crush too much. Wash the chrysanthemum and chop it.
2
Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, 80% heat, add green onions and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3
The green onions and ginger turn darker, remove and throw them away, then add tofu and diced sea shrimp in turn and stir fry over high heat.
4
When the color of the shrimp turns slightly red, add the chrysanthemum and continue to stir fry.
5
White juice appears in the pan, turn off the heat, and plate.
