Steps for tamales

Wash the pork belly, drain and slice it.

Put into a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, ginger powder and marinate for 1 hour.

Add rice noodles and mix well. If it is too dry, add appropriate amount of water.

Add washed peas and mix well.

Put it in a pressure cooker and steam for another 15 minutes, preferably with a metal wrist for quick heat transfer.

After decompression, remove it and invert it into a plate.
