Tender tofu and pork slices soup
By EstelBeer
The weather has been very hot these days. After eating a lot of fried vegetables, I feel that I feel greasy and have no appetite. I just wanted to change my taste and make a lighter soup to drink... Tofu and pork slices soup is my family's favorite. Unfortunately, I don't have pearl cabbage and a little dried pork, otherwise it would be even better! Originally, I wanted to take a better picture of the finished product, so I wanted to wait until the fog cleared a little before taking pictures. Unexpectedly, after washing my face, there was only one bowl of soup left (our family always drinks soup first before eating)

Steps for Tender tofu and pork slices soup

1
Wash tofu in water and drain.
2
Pick up the green onions and wash them.
3
Cut tofu into small cubes and green onions into small pieces.
4
Wash lean meat with cold water and then rinse with warm water to remove blood stains.
5
Slice lean meat thinly and place on a plate for later use.
6
Heat the oil in the pan, pour in small cubes of tofu, and fry until golden on all sides (because it is for making soup, it is not so overcooked).
7
Put water in the pan, add the fried tofu after the water is boiled, and cook it slightly over medium heat.
8
Turn to high heat and pour in lean meat slices to boil, add salt and a small amount of oil and stir.
9
Add the green onions and turn off the heat and start eating (the soup will be delicious only when it is warm, and the lean meat will not taste good after being soaked for a long time).
