Steps for Braised pork with roasted bran

Cut the grilled bran into slices.

Put it in a boiling water pot and cook it for 5 minutes, squeeze it in clear water, wash it three times to remove the beany smell.

Cut mushrooms and carrot into slices.

Cut pork belly into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, then add white sugar and simmer over low heat.

After the sugar melts and is soaked in small to large, add the pork belly and stir fry and color.

Then add light soy sauce, soy sauce and ginger slices and stir fry several times.
