Steps for dry-fried beef

First cut the beef into slightly thicker slices, beat it on both sides with a meat hammer, and then cut it into thick strips. Marinate with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, and ginger juice for 20 minutes.

Soak and wash the soybean sprouts.

Cut the green onions into sections, pat the garlic loose to remove the coat, and rinse the dried red peppers for later use.

Put the washed soybean sprouts in hot water and blanch them until done, remove and drain the water, and set aside.

Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of oil, add in the marinated beef, and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir fry until moisture is visible, and use a colander to remove the juice and strain.
