Steps for mapo tofu

1. Preparation materials: 500 grams of diced tofu, 50 grams of minced beef, 50 grams of chopped bean paste, salt, cooking wine, minced garlic, pepper, water starch, soy sauce, and a little sugar.

5. Add some oil and heat it over high heat. After the oil is hot, add the chopped bean paste and stir fry for a while. Add minced beef, minced onion, and minced ginger in turn and stir fry until fragrant.
