After reading the fermented tofu published by Yabing, my hands were itchy, so I bought some and came back to try it out, but I seemed to have bought the wrong tofu... haha

Steps for stuffed tofu

Cut the lean meat into small pieces, and then chop it up. Because it was too monotonous, I cut some chopped green onion in, mix well, and set aside for later use.

Wash the tofu, cut it into triangles.

Carefully stuff the minced meat into the tofu. You can use a knife to cut a small gap in the middle of the tofu. This is easier to plug.

Then heat the pan and add the oil. Heat the oil to 60% and then add the brewed tofu and fry it until golden brown.

After all the tofu has been fried, leave some oil in the pan and put the fried tofu into the pan and cook it again, because the meat is not completely cooked while frying. Simmer for a few minutes before serving. completed
