Steps for Asparagus and chicken shredded

Remove the old stems of asparagus and use a spatula to scrape off the green skin on the outside.

Heat the water in the pot, add 1 spoonful of salt, boil to dry, drain and set aside.

Shred chicken with salt, and grasp MSG with starch well.

Wash shrimps and peas for later use

Put 2 spoonfuls of oil in the pan and stir-fry the shrimps first.

Then add shredded chicken and stir fry.

Pour in the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for five minutes, add seasonings: oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate. Remove the pot and load it on the plate.
