Saute octopus with thick sauce
By JerroldNolan
Zhuhou sauce is delicious in color, moderately sweet, and has a fragrant soy bean flavor. It is a commonly used condiment in Cantonese cuisine. Use it to stew meat, which can fully bring out the aroma of the meat and is a very useful seasoning. I haven't used it to make seafood before, but today I try using it to make seafood to see how it tastes.
