Steps for Braised tofu with mushrooms

Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms, chicken legs, meat accessories: winter bamboo shoots, green vegetables

Saute the garlic aniseed with two oil (salad oil and a little sesame oil) until fragrant.

Slice tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and fry slightly, cover and simmer for a few minutes.

Cut the chicken leg meat into strips, marinate with salt, pepper, a little egg white and cornstarch, and stir-fry with spring onions, ginger and winter bamboo shoots to create the aroma.

Pour the tofu and mushrooms into the pan, add water, bring to the boil, add soy sauce and salt to taste, finally add oyster sauce, collect the juice and serve on a plate.

Blanch the greens, place on a plate and add the cooked dishes.
