Steps for Family version of roasted meat rice dumplings

Soak glutinous rice in clear water for about ten hours, changing the water three times in between.

Wash fresh mushrooms.

Cut into 1-centimeter dices.

Note: 1. Don't add too full the filling of rice dumplings. It will easily expand after being cooked too full. 2. The rice dumplings must be tightened tightly, otherwise they will crack. 3. My method is to steam the cooked rice dumplings again, so that the rice dumplings will feel stale and will become more sticky. 4. Add vegetable oil to the glutinous rice filling so that the rice dumplings will not stick to the leaves and make the rice dumplings more fragrant.
