Steps for Mushroom salted pork rice dumplings

Raw material map: Dice the pork belly, marinate one day in advance, with a little more salt, add soy sauce, and five-spice powder. Soak mushrooms in warm water and cut into shredded hair.

Soak glutinous rice in warm water for one hour, drain the water, add bacon and mushrooms, and stir well.

Wash the zongzi leaves and drain them with water, take two pieces and fold them into an inverted triangle.
