Steps for Yaozhu bacon and egg yolk rice dumplings

Soak black and white glutinous rice and undressed mung beans in water for more than 6 hours; cut bacon into small pieces; soak hair with scallops.

Soak the rice dumplings leaves in warm water for 3 hours.

Mix the soaked black and white glutinous rice with the jade pillars.

Add salt and mix well.

Take a piece of zongzi leaf and fold it into a funnel shape, and add glutinous rice first.
