Minced pork and tofu
By AllenHayes
Our family often eats tofu, from bean sprouts, soy milk, to fried tofu, stir-fried tofu, stewed tofu, and tofu meatballs. It can be said that we have cooked everything that can be done. The home-made tofu made by my mother-in-law is very delicious. Next time, I will also learn. The following one is the minced meat tofu I made. It doesn't add pepper and goes well with rice. We all like it very much.
