Grilled pork with white leaf knots
By ElmoreHuel
There are two people in my family who love this. One is my husband and the other is my daughter. Look, the eggs have been forcibly taken away before they come out of the pan. I haven't taken a photo yet, but my husband said I'd come and try it first. 555。。。,Wait for me to take a photo!

Steps for Grilled pork with white leaf knots

1
Shred ginger and cut pork belly into slices (the pork belly was not very authentic this time because I went late and the meat was almost sold).
2
3 eggs, peel off the shells after cooking, and use a knife to cut the eggs 4 times to taste them. The louver knot is made with bean skins I bought myself, so it is a little ugly, but it does not affect the taste.
3
Add water into the pan, add pork belly, cooking wine, cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, and shredded ginger, boil for 2-3 minutes, remove and drain the water.
4
Pour the drained pork belly into a hot pan and stir-fry out the oil. Pour out some excess oil to prevent it from getting too greasy. When frying until golden brown on both sides, add 4 - 5 rock sugar cubes, stir fry.
5
Stir fry until the rock sugar melts and bubbles. Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce and 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce, and continue to stir fry with the cooking wine.
6
Stir fry and pour in 2 bowls of boiling water.
7
After boiling over high heat, pour in the eggs and shutter knots.
8
Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly until the soup is dry. Because 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce have been put in it, you can taste it at this time, usually without adding salt. Please see step 8 and you will find that one of my eggs is missing and my daughter snatched it away.

It's fragrant and delicious.
