Steps for Steamed loofah with shrimp and scallops

Cut into pieces of loofah and soak shrimps with vermicelli in hot water.

Add half a bowl of water to the scallops and steam for 15 minutes, and keep the steamed water.

Lay the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate, load on the loofah, sprinkle with the scallops and shrimp, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the steamed scallops and water to soak the shrimp, stir evenly and sprinkle on top.

Bring water to a boil in the steamer, place it on a plate, steam for 5 minutes, take it out, heat the oil in the pan, and drizzle on it.
