This dish was given to my cousin who liked rice noodles as much as I was a child, and to my grandma who liked to make fried rice noodles for me.
The color of the vermicelli is red and bright, the pork is smooth and tender, the taste is slightly spicy and delicious, which is really good for the meal.

A small handful of rice flour.

Soak your hair in warm water.

Filter off the water.

Add a little cornflour to the minced pork and grasp well.

Cook the meat in a wok and add oil (I use lard).
