This dish was given to my cousin who liked rice noodles as much as I was a child, and to my grandma who liked to make fried rice noodles for me.
The color of the vermicelli is red and bright, the pork is smooth and tender, the taste is slightly spicy and delicious, which is really good for the meal.

  • rice noodle a small handful
  • cornflour appropriate amount
  • pepper powder appropriate amount
  • chili sauce appropriate amount
  • shredded chives appropriate amount
  • soy sauce appropriate amount

    Soak your hair in warm water.
