Steps for Straw mushroom and lotus bean

Blanch the peas in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain in cold water and set aside.

Slice straw mushrooms (I cut three slices into one mushroom), slice peppers, and shred garlic and ginger.

Add oil in the pan and heat it up, add garlic, shredded ginger, and pepper slices and saute until fragrant.

Add straw mushrooms and stir fry for a while.
