Steps for Fish-flavored Mapo tofu

1
Cut the tofu into small pieces, soak it in water, and put some salt in the water to remove the fishy smell. It is not easy to break when frying.
2
Mix water starch for later use, garlic, pepper, and pepper for later use.
3
Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and pepper and saute until fragrant.
4
Add the tofu, stir well over medium heat, and stir-fry slightly more. Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir fry well, then add chili noodles and stir fry. Add black pepper, chicken essence and salt and stir well.
5
Pour in the previously mixed water and starch.
6
There were brewed fungus at home, so I added it in. Don't let go of what you don't have.
7
Sprinkle with some chives and you can serve.
8
You can enjoy it.
