    Peel, remove the seeds and cut the wax gourd into pieces about one centimeter wide, cut the tofu into squares, minced garlic, and chopped the shallot leaves.

    Put a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat the oil and saute with garlic rice until fragrant.
