Spicy stir-fried three things
By KobeShanahan
I like to eat peas. I usually have cold salad or spicy stir-fried peas. This time, the remaining peas are not enough for a dish. There is also a potato at home, a few fungus left over from the mix, and a sausage. I didn't want to go out, so I casually mixed these together and fried them with rice. I didn't expect it to be delicious too. I would share it with everyone and hope everyone likes it!

1. The spicy sausage must be fried and put in the end. Otherwise, there will be no feeling of being burnt on the outside and tender on the inside, and the taste will be worse! 2. The oil used to fry spicy sausages will smell fishy, so be sure to add vegetable oil in a separate pot to stir-fry.
