When I got home from work, I opened the refrigerator and found a few ingredients that could be put together. I came up with a new creation tonight. Fortunately, the taste was still very delicious, and my father applauded it after eating it.

Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, fragrant and nutritious. They are known as the "Queen of Plants". Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B groups, iron, potassium, vitamin D (converted into vitamin D after sun exposure). They are sweet and calm in nature. Indications for loss of appetite, lack of qi and fatigue.
