Steps for Mongolian Beef

Wash raw materials for later use.

Slice green onions and garlic sprouts into 1 cm small pieces, and slice beef into thin slices.

Marinate the beef with starch, salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Put oil in the pan, add ginger slices and saute until fragrant, then add beef and saute until color changes.
