Steps for Fresh mushrooms and cabbage

500g of cabbage, 200g of blanched fresh mushrooms, 2 peppers, and 1 tomato.

Tear the cabbage into slices and soak in light salt water for 20 minutes.

Wash and drain.

Slice the peppers and cut the tomatoes into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, saute the shallot and ginger, add the cabbage and stir-fry.

stir-fry the cabbage until the seedlings collapse, add fresh mushrooms and pepper.

Stir fry well, add salt and sugar to taste.

Add the tomatoes and stir fry well, add MSG to freshen up.
