Luffa tofu

This is the loofah tofu I made yesterday. I worked on it for a long time last night but I couldn't upload the photo. I will upload it again today.
Recipe Recommendations

- tofu 1 small piece
- shrimp skin appropriate amount
- broth 1 bowl
- eggs of 2
- salt appropriate amount
- edible oil appropriate amount

Steps for Luffa tofu

Cut tofu into cubes, peel and wash the towel gourd and cut into hob blocks for later use.

Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add a small amount of stock and salt and stir well.

Scramble the eggs and put them on standby.

Saute shredded chives and ginger in the pan, add in the loofah and stir fry.

Stir fry loofah for 1 minute, then add tofu and stir fry.

Stir fry for 2 minutes and then add the egg cubes.

Add the stock and shrimp skin, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Simmer slowly over medium heat until the soup is almost dry, add a small amount of salt.
