Steps for Fujian tofu meatballs

Use the meat filling from the fermented tofu. See the steps of making tofu.

Mash the tofu into a paste.

Add egg white and starch and stir well.

Take appropriate amount and place it in the palm of your hand, flatten it into a round shape, fill in the meat filling, and slowly wrap it into a ball.

Place them into the plate in turn.

Open the pan and put in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.

Pour the stock into the pan, bring to a boil, add the tofu meatballs, sprinkle with salt and monosodium glutamate, cook for 3 to 5 minutes, and pour in sesame oil before taking out of the pan.
