Steamed pork with lotus flour
I like to use lotus couples to make steamed pork with rice flour. The pork belly is fat but not greasy, and the lotus couples are crispy and slightly sweet.

  • lotus root 200 grams
  • cooking wine appropriate amount
  • soy sauce appropriate amount

    Wash the pork belly and cut it into thick strips. Peel the skin and wash the lotus and cut it into pieces the same size as the pork belly.

    Put the pork belly into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger, and pickle for 5 minutes.

    Pour the rice noodles into the marinated pork belly, add a little water and mix well.

    Put lotus couples into the remaining rice noodles mixed with pork belly and evenly stick a layer of rice noodles. Place the remaining rice noodles in the center and spray with a little water.
