Stewed broth with oil tofu

A very light traditional Hangzhou soup dish. Hangzhou people generally stew oil tofu with pork or stuff meat filling and stew soup with green vegetables. It is very simple to make, nutritious and delicious.

- meat 150 grams

Steps for Stewed broth with oil tofu

Cut the tofu into three-centimeter cubes, blanch it in a boiling water pot, remove and drain it.
