Braised tofu with shrimp skin and leeks
Super simple home-cooked vegetarian dishes really have no technical content.
The fried old tofu is my husband's favorite way to eat tofu. He has to make it every few days. Most of it is fried only with green peppers and garlic, and there must be more onions. People just like this. But I'm tired of adding green peppers all the time. It will be even more delicious when paired with leeks and shrimp skins.

  • Braised tofu with shrimp skin and leeks Make Tips

◎ The fried tofu is too dry and not delicious. My leeks are drained, so I can add some water to make the tofu soft. I put a small plate in it to take pictures, but I couldn't see the soup.◎ The shrimp skin is very fresh and no need to add chicken essence.
