Steps for Steamed noodles

Cut the pork belly into slices and cut the beans into sections. Add cold water to the pan, add pork belly, star anise, stew meat, soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stew the meat until 80% done. Add the beans and continue to simmer until the pork belly is soft and tender.

Take a steamer and bring the water to a boil. Place the noodles on the cage cloth. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
