Steps for Stuffed bitter gourd

Chop lean meat into minced meat, add corn flour, pepper, chicken essence, cooking wine, sugar, and salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water and dice. Wash the bitter gourd and cut them into sections about 5cm long. Remove the sacs and wash the shrimps.
