Steps for Cool mung bean rice with water

We often cook and eat at night, so we need to soak green beans in water at noon, and cold water will do. Green beans will easily bloom when they are cooked.

Put the rice that has been soaked for an afternoon into the pot and start cooking, adding half of the pot of water.

Prepare the rice and wash it clean.

After the mung bean is boiled and blooms, put the rice in and cook it together. After 15 minutes of porridge, the rice also blooms, making the mung bean rice porridge shown in the picture below.

Hehe, the last procedure is very simple. Pour the cooked mung bean rice porridge over and over again with cold water to wash away the heat. I always feel that the water is clear, and I just need to feel that the water is cold. Just like we usually made water noodles.
