    Beat the tofu into a paste, and soak in the dried mushrooms.

    Beat the eggs into the tofu paste and stir well.

    Dice the shrimp, dice the soaked mushrooms, and pour into the tofu paste.

    Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper and stir thoroughly.

    Put the tofu mashed into a bowl, place it in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes over high heat.
