To prepare the ingredients, soak the potatoes in water first after slicing, cut the tofu into slices, and shred the cucumbers. Then, add potatoes, tofu, mushroom mushrooms, crab mushrooms, vermicelli, blanch water, and sprinkle with cold water. (I didn't take photos because the water was too hot.)
